It's important to plan ahead for college expenses.
Tuition for RANA students is calculated per credit hour. For 2007-08, the RANA tuition rate is $360 per credit hour.
Depending on the content of a particular course, there may also be a course-specific fee (estimated from $30 to $50). And, every course will require that you purchase text books or other course materials (ranging from $25 to $300).
Per semester, assuming you have a full-time load (12 credits), we recommend you budget for the following:
- Tuition $4,320 (12 credits @ $360 per credit)
- Books and Supplies $500 (approximate)
- Residency Expenses $1,500 (approximate airfare and accommodation)
TOTAL: $6,320 per semester
As well, when you enter the program, it may be necessary to purchase a computer if you don't already have one (or if you don't have a computer that's less than 2 years old). Your financial aid package can incorporate this expense, catagorized as "computer allowance," for up to $1,500.
